HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO ME?

Your order will be delivered through Leopards or M&P courier companies at your doorstep.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation call, email, and text message from zaishcare.store This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account > My Orders if you have placed the order online.

DO YOU TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE?

Yes, we do take orders over the phone. The payment mode possible for these orders is Cash on Delivery only.

I TRIED PLACING MY ORDER USING MY DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/NET BANKING, BUT THE ORDER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE AMOUNT DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT?

In case your order is not successful and the amount has been deducted from your account, we would proactively initiate a refund within 3 days.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Your order status is updated via emails and text messages at every step. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order details. After your order is dispatched, we will send you a text message with your tracking details. Please check your spam folder and old text messages for the status of your order if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen delays, you will receive a special update from our end.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care at +92 349 099 9008 as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund your amount. If your order has been dispatched but is yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed as per our Return Policy.

  • Any zaishcare.store credits used in the purchase will be credited back to your account.

  • For certain product categories, such as Formal and Bridal, once you place an order, it cannot be cancelled. This is indicated on the individual product pages.

  • In rare cases where we are unable to deliver the product despite repeated attempts, an amount of Rs. 1000 will be charged on the refund amount.

I GOT A CONFIRMATION CALL FOR MY ORDER. WHY IS THAT?

You receive a confirmation call to verify if there are any changes or issues with your order.
